Rachel shapes the vision and community architecture that defines CommunityScape. Prior to founding CommunityScape, she served as non-profit Executive Director and an academic Program Director for new models of delivering education. She is ordained in the American Baptist Churches and has led vibrant local church and interfaith ministries. In the early days of her career, she co-developed several Internet companies, and traveled with a consulting team globally, developing online learning for Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. Throughout her career and extensive volunteer commitments, she has been active in issues of economic justice, racial reconciliation, and community-building. She has a PhD from Institute for Christian Studies in Toronto, ON, a Master of Divinity from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. In addition to leading CommunityScape, she serves as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Penn Yan, NY.

Lawrence focuses on partner onboarding, scaling strategy, simplification of UI/UX, and community-impact-focused investor relations for CommunityScape. He is a visionary entrepreneur and a two-time award-winning web designer with a rich background in the technology and non-profit sectors. As a former non-profit executive and educator, Lawrence has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation, winning over 10 startup pitch competitions and successfully guiding two startups to acquisition. His achievements have been highlighted in renowned publications, including the Rochester Business Journal and the Cardinal Courier at his alma mater, St. John Fisher College.

Toby is the strategic technology mind behind CommunityScape. He is an expert in multiple coding languages, database development and design, UI/UX development, and our server platform. Prior to developing the CommunityScape platform, he spent 20+ years developing the CEOExpress Company platform, a full-bodied multi-tiered system for sharing cascading curated knowledge through portals across siloes in business ecosystems. In addition to leading the development of CommunityScape, Toby is a professional photographer and YouTube creator.

Carly onboards and supports CommunityScape users, helping them think creatively and make the most the of the platform. She is a talented writer, a social media manager, photographer, and video creator. She is a recent graduate from the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.
